student credit card reviews,The most amazing man in my life is the big 3-0!!

This post is a day late (can't imagine why i get behind these days, right?).
But....

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY LOVE!!!!!

On September 2nd, Robbie turned 30. And he did it very gracefully :)

I know that i always talk about how great my kids are (well they are ;)) but i am going to dedicate this post to talking about how truly amazing my husband is.

Robbie and I met in October of 2001. That would be the best day of my life! On our first date, i told him i was going to marry him. To this day i am shocked i didnt see him bolting for the door!
We were married in Key West, FL on April 5th, 2003 with 40 friends and family. It was gorgous. Robbie has and always will be my BEST FRIEND. I cant picture a second of my life without him. He makes me a better person. He has had my heart in his hands from the very beginning and handled it with the most love and care one could.
Those who know Robbie know him as a complete goof ball!! He is constantly smiling, poking fun, making jokes. He loves his family and friends with his whole heart and would do ANYTHING for them. I want to share with you guys just a COUPLE of the thousands of wonderful qualities that my husband possesses...

- He loves his family! Everyone in his family. ESPECIALLY his children. He does all he can for those in his family, his kids, me, his parents, cousins, etc. They always come first.

- Hes loyal to EVERYONE! Even his sports teams. He is a huge Chicago Cubs fan, Chicago Bears fan, and Dallas Mavericks fan. I mean come on, with those teams, the let downs just keep coming and he is constantly routing for them.

- He works VERY HARD! He built his company (with my help, hehe) years ago and took it and ran. He has done very well building it up and having and maintaining great relationships with his clients. He is probably one of the last Mortgage Brokers out there that genuinally cares about his clients. AND THEY LOVE HIM FOR IT!

- Hes ALWAYS there when you need him! Especially for me. Regardless of what he has going on with work, lunch with friends, etc. if i am having a bad day, he will pack up his work, bring it home and help me. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. He never complains about it, just wants to help me when i need it most

- He is the worst with surpises, but i love that about him! Its so cute. He will work really hard on picking out the best gift for a later occasion for me or planning the best night for us a couple weeks away. But instead of waiting, he gets all giddy, comes home with a huge smile on his face, and waits for me to ask him what is going on (which for him is eternity because he is almost jumping out of his shoes to tell me). Then he always starts it with "it was going to be a surpise but...." and gives me all the details. He gets so excited, its funny. I mean he wants to open all his Christmas presents before Christmas even gets here, like a big kid.

MOST OF ALL.....
- Hes an AMAZING father and my best friend! We enjoy everything more if the other one is there from grocery shopping to watching TV, its better when were together. And the way he loves his children, warms my heart every day. He can have the worst day at work and see his kids and they get so excited and so does he. And when we found out we were pregnant with quads, he wanted so badly for it to be all boys, but man his girls hung the moon. Its so sweet, he wouldnt have it any other way, he loves that we have two and two. But his girls are Daddy's girls, especially Cameron. Hes so sweet! I fear for the first boy that comes to our door to take one of our daughters out on a date. YIKES!!

SOME SILLY FACTS ABOUT ROBBIE THAT HE WILL NOT BE THRILLED ABOUT ME POSTING (hehe love you honey)...

1.He doesnt want any of his food on his plate to touch. They are all in very seperate piles

2. He LOVES his lawn, so much that he will not allow anyone else to do it. Even when we had volunteers offering to do our yard, he would do it during the kids naps just to have it done the way he wants, the only thing hes a perfectionist on.

3. He has a uder dislike of raw chicken. The boy eats chicken ALL DAY EVERY DAY but when we cook it at home, i have to handle it because he can't stomach touching it.

4. He has a routine before he goes to bed. He checks every inch of this house and then spends about 15 minutes in the babies room with them while they sleep, listening, praying, checking on them, its very sweet

5. The boys loves 80's hairbands and 90's rock. Any song from these time periods comes on, he can tell you who sang it and what album its off.

6. He is so COMPETITIVE!! So much so, that one time, after playing a drinking card game YEARS AND YEARS ago, when i went to do his laundry he had a card hidden in his pocket! He isnt normally a cheater but that night he just COULDNT lose. And he is suepr competitive with me, we can duke it out over skee ball, putt putt, bowling (though almost always wins this one), scattergories, UNO, ITS ON WHEN WE PLAY GAMES

7. He does not like cheese but loves queso dip, pizza and enchiladas.

8. He picked out our kids names, except Brady, we both had that on our list :)

9. He sings to himself LOUDLY all the time, when hes getting dressed, shower, etc. Whatever the last song is, so if the last song is one of the kids toys "PULLING SLIDING TAPPING TURNING TOO - WITH YOUR TOOLBEACH - THERES SO MUCH TO DO...." He will sing it!

10. He loves HUEY LEWIS!!!! NERD!!!

11. He LOVES Perez Hilton.com, I am completely SERIOUS!!

So in short, he is the man i love and I cant wait to spend 30+ more years with him and sharing in watching our kids grow up. LOVE YOU HONEY!

Robbie and I were able to go out to eat for his birthday last night and had a great time, eating and relaxing for the evening. Thanks Ashley for watching the kids!

A couple other things...

I am asking for prayer requests for my brother, TJ (Reid's God father). He has cystic fibrosis and is in the hospital again after several visits and surgeries already this year. He had another procedure yesterday and they took some biopsies of some tissue and unclogged some bile ducts while they were in there. He is having major pain, even his under the skin pain control monitor isnt working. We dont know what the next step is, we will wait to see what the biopsies show. He is having more surgery tomorrow as well. He is hoping to be home by friday but will have more recovery and possibly be readmitted depending on what they find. I went up and spent that later part of Labor Day with him at the hospital and he was in good spirits. He was very bruised from the mini IV's that keep blowing (they wont give him a pic line, dont even get me started, we have no idea why). We love him and want him to get better soon!!!

My brother TJ with little Reid, his God daughter

And congrats to my baby brother, Kyle Millan for scoring a touchdown in the big Monday night football game at Texas Stadium (Colleyville Heritage vs. Clovis, CA). I was up at the hospital but saw the picture in the paper. Congrats baby bro!
(Kyle is the one in black with the ball)

Had our last cranial band adjustment today. YEA!!!!!!!!! So the next appointment on the 12th is our exit appointment. I really am so excited.

And the kids are doing great, by the way :)! They are all sitting up on their own for short periods of time but Reid and Trey can do it for quiet some time. I will post some pics to show you. Baby proofing soon, as Trey has figured out how to drag and commando crawl to things. WEEEEEEE

My friend Lizzie came by last minute to help me during my rough week last week. As you can see, the quads new friend Lily will be here in about two months :) Lily does enjoy kicking at my kids when they sit up against Lizzie's belly. I am surrounded by pregos (you know who you are, those who havent announced yet ;p)

Thought this pic was so sweet, they were sitting up and Trey was just holding on to Reid, what a nice brother.

This is Cameron's FAVORITE toy. She loves the songs, birds, lights, everything. Here she was nice enough to share it with baby boy Brady but somedays, she is not. Notice, sitting up with out back support, just a little help from the birdbath toy

"Look mom, no hands!" Reid and Trey are getting very good at sitting and they are even starting to anticipate when they are falling. Will still sit very close by to spot the falls :). That is one thing the helmets have helped with, those falls, it will be tough those first days they get them off and realize they aren't there anymore

Brady man sitting, looks like such a big boy.

Tonight was the first time they were all in the bath together. They had a good time.

I had to post this picture to illustrate how much the girls are starting to look alike when they smile. Sweet sisters.

Much love, Casey
